Ingredients Need for Fish Fry
  • Fish (seer fish)        – 4 slices
  • Lemon juice            – 2 tea spoons
  • Chilli Powder          – 25 gms
  • Turmeric powder  – 1 tea spoon
  • Dhania Powder      – 10 gms
  • oil                              – to fry 
  • Pepper powder      – 5 gms
  • Cumin powder       – 5 gms
  • salt                            – as required
  • Rice flour                 – 10 gms
Preparation

Add all masala and mix it well by adding some water like paste.

Once masala mixing is prepared then marinate the fish with the masala paste.

Check salt and leave the fish for more than one hour

Then add oil in the non stick pan and heat it well.

Now add fish one by one in pan and fried it well

Once all fishes are fired then garnish with lemon wedge and add some curry leaves.

The fish dish is ready now you can serve with Rice and sambar or snacks.
