Eggs – 6
Coconut – ½
Coriander leaves – 1 cup
Green chillies – 2
Mint leaves – 1 table spoon
Ginger paste – 1 tea spoon
Sugar – 1 tea spoon
Tomato – 1
Cumin seeds – ½ tea spoon
Oil – 100 ml
Salt – to taste
Grind the coconut , Coriander, green chillies, mint and ginger paste.
Heat 2 table spoons oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds when they pop, add the tomato.
Then add the coconut mixer and put salt and sugar.
Simmer gently for five minutes
Drop the egg without breaking simmer till done
Egg curry is ready now you can serve with paratha and chapati.
